My mission was to ship a 1972 Oldsmobile Cutlass from Indianapolis to west of Philadelphia. After trying to deal with one of your competitors and getting nowhere, frustrated and annoyed, I called Express Auto Transport. In ten minutes the details were completed. In several hours the contract was E-mailed and confirmed and the driver called me the next day. The car was at my door in 3 1/2 days after my first contact. The price was reasonable and the deposit and COD produced a very efficent transaction. The driver could not have been more concerned, careful and professional. A totally great experience and I have told my friends and several car dealerships. You represent the way American companies should conduct business.

I contacted Express after reading reviews on all the review sites I could find, including epinions and auto-transport-reviews.com, as I was very nervous about shipping my car from my home in NJ to my daughter in San Diego.

Even though there were less expensive bids (cheapest was $750), I went with Express because of the reviews, their policies and their phone manner. I also didn't want to spend the extra money ($1500 and up) for an enclosed carrier. Express charged me $995.

When I called, they were very courteous and I spoke to 3 different people in the office, as I would think of new questions to ask and call back.

Not only did Express find me a carrier within 2 days, but they also found someone who could pick up the car precisely when I needed them to.

All-in-all, I found the experience to be excellent and accommodating to my needs. I would recommend Express as a broker and TLC as a carrier without hesitation.

Thanks for a GREAT experience in moving my son's 1984 Camaro! I placed the order on 1/3/07 for pickup on or after 1/5/07. The vehicle was picked up on Saturday, 1/6/07 in Minot, ND and delivered safely to Traverse City, MI on Monday, 1/8/07! It couldn't have been any smoother or faster! Thanks again!!
